Problem

Tobacco Plus Expo 2022 required a refreshed visual identity that could stand out within the Las Vegas Convention Center while supporting both marketing and on-site wayfinding. The system needed to speak to two distinct audiences (traditional tobacco and alternative/vape) without fragmenting the overall brand experience.

Solution

I developed a bold, flexible visual identity built around enlarged TPE22 letterforms layered with model photography and hand-drawn graphic elements. A red-and-blue color system was used strategically to distinguish the two audience tracks while remaining cohesive as a single brand. The identity was applied consistently across print and digital marketing, social media, and environmental signage.

Results

The system delivered a high-impact presence across two audience tracks and multiple channels, creating clarity from pre-show marketing through on-site navigation. The unified visual language strengthened brand recognition while supporting targeted messaging without diluting the core identity.
